Return within 10 days in origonal packaging. Non returnable: full wigs, liquids, out of packaging.
Apply a few drops to the bonds and allow bonds to soften. Remove, shampoo. Repeat if needed.
All residue must be washed off properly before re-tapping and re-fitting.
