To curl synthetic hair:

Curling synthetic hair is harder than real hair, will take a long time to do. 
Synthetic hair can only be heated a few times before the fibre becomes damaged. So don't over do it.

Detangle the entire wig before heating.
Set the wig on a mannequin head with a tall stand
Spray small section of the hair with water or synthetic leave in conditioner.

Set curling iron to 160c 
wrap the hair around the curling iron for 5-10 seconds
allow the hair to cool down completely in the curl shape, with a wrap or hair clip.
