We do not take orders over the phone and not able to process manual orders
In order to accurately create your custom color, please come in store and choose color from the dye chart. This way you can see the color and be 100% sure it is what you want.
Full payment is required and no return on custom work.
Packing and delivery info:
1 working day packing time is required after payment reflects.
Weekends or public holidays are not working days. So if you order after 2pm on Friday, we will only process it on Monday after 9am.
We will pack your order with relevant courier who services your area, except large parcels and places excluded on door to door list below*
Courier does not deliver: large/extra large parcels (mannequin heads, bulk orders and tripods etc)
AND they do not deliver to: Postnet or post boxes, Farm(farm or plot in the name) game farm, plot, mines, power stations, border posts, national parks, regional/rural town/township, place without tar road/name etc. & areas with security concerns like riots or strike actions.
Courier and Post office are simply third party services. We do not own the couriers or own the post office branches. Therefore we take no responsibility for their slow, late, rude services by their staff, their drivers and so on.
You can also order online and send your own courier to collect, when its ready. We will send you an email when its ready. Please use order number to collect.
2-3 working days to major cities: JHB, PTA, DBN, CPT, PE, EL, Bloem, Polokwane, .
5-10 working days to regional cities: remote areas of Geuteng, Welkom, Lichtenburg, Bethal, Harrysmith, Bethlehem, Kimberley, Upington, ETC.
If we are unable to make delivery due to Remote cities/ Rural cities/ townships or large parcels, these will be covered by post office counter to counter only, we will email you with the details.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver outside South Africa. You can send your own courier to collect but we do not have export licence.
Adding/subtracting from order:
We cannot add or subtract items once your order is paid. Our courier logging is automatic. Courier cancellation fee will apply immediately should you want to change your order, so please be sure before paying.
If you have not paid for an order and wish to change anything. Please ignore the old order and place a new one. When paying make sure to pay with the relevant order number as a reference.
Tracking number explained:
As soon as we pack your parcel, we will send you an email with the tracking information.
Do not track it straight away as it will not yet reflect until the couriers have scanned it in.
Your Fastway, The Courier Guy tracking number will reflect from 7pm on working days.
Your DSV and post office tracking number can take 2-3 working days to reflect on their system.
