000 is completely clear colored base dye, can be used as a base breaker ( lifting 2-4 levels only) instead of bleaching
3-4 levels on fine hair/light colored hair, 2-3 levels on resistant hair
Adding to another color for lifting boost ( example using 50% 000 + 10BP to lift and tone level 10 golden blonde to level 11 ash blonde )
Dilute another color to make a high lift toner ( example using 50% 000 + 6.11 to lift and tone dark brown hair to medium ash brown)
** Please note, hair dye does not lift hair dyes**
develop time should be 30-50mins for maximum lift
