Couriers are back to work, delivering time is currently slow as they are operating with limited staff. If you have urgent order, please come collect it.
Post office is not yet open so we cannot deliver large parcels, mannequin heads ( more than 2 to major cities) and tripods. We can get you a quote for courier for those items, expect to pay between R300-R500 for courier alone on the tripod (location depending)
Please only use your order number as a ref.
We take EFT or cash deposit at ATM within SA only. We do not take any cheques or ANY foreign/international deposits/eft ( any payment outside South Africa )
Once your payment has reflected correctly in our account, it will be processed for dispatch. Proof of payment will not quality for dispatch.
Please ensure the order number is used as a ref in order for fast, correct processing
Courier delivery information:
Courier express fee is R89 flat rate per kg/volumatic within SA. Courier delivers all major and regional cities
Remote cities/large parcels will go to post office.
Major cities takes 2-3 working days ( such as: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Capetown, PE )
1 working day is 24 hours, there is no same day delivery. You can arrange your own courier or uber to collect from us ( online order thats paid, packed and ready)
Regional/remote cities takes 4-10 working days.( Such as: Welkom, Springbok, Massina, Bela bela)
Courier does not deliver to: Farm, game farm, plot, mines, power station, border posts, national parks, remote cities , rural addresses without road, road name or house number, post boxes or currently rioting places.
All regional/remote areas which courier does not deliver to, will go by post office counter to counter postage. Please track and collect your SAPO parcel within 2 weeks.
Mannequin heads or heavy/large parcels can only go with post office to regional areas.
Please contact the relevant courier company with your tracking number to arrange delivery. You could also contact us then we will contact the courier, this will take longer.
Ensure all delivery details are filled in correctly. It can cost you extra delivery fee when its fill in wrong.
Glamorhair does not take any responsibility or dissatisfaction for late delivery or courier company related issues. Courier companies is just the 3rd party who deliver from A to B.
Occasionally undelivable parcels will be returned to us, after 3 tires to deliver and no response or solution via contacts, then you have to pay another courier for us to re-send it. We do not refund for undeliveable or uncollected parcels.
Return and exchange rules:
Exchange can be made within 10 days from the arrival of your order. Return courier is paid by buyer.
All items must be in original packaging, clearly untouched, unworn and odor-free, with all tag, bands, seal bands intact. All hair which has been used/opened/tried on can't be exchanged.
We offer try on services at our salon and we highly encourage you to come and see the hair you want.
These items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Any tried on, tags removed, fitted, dyed, washed or used hair extensions.
Please decide wether you want to keep them or return them before using them
Any used or unused hair dye and liquid lines cannot be returned. Please note all tints are quality guaranteed but result of a home job/job done elsewhere cannot be guaranteed by glamorhair. Results are depending on hair types, color and current conditions, as well as application techniques.
Full wigs cannot be returned or exchanged. Once its sent out we cannot guarantee the cleanness of the returned wig for the next customer.
We urge you to rather come view wigs in store as we cannot know if a wig suit any person, or not.
Courier or postage fee cannot be refunded on a return due to wrong order placed, wrong address filled by customers or total loss by post office/postnet. You can claim those refunds directly with post office/postnet.
If the wrong product is delivered to you, we will confirm and pay for return courier.
please contact us within 2 days so we can arrange collection and process are fund or exchange. Item must be in original packaging with all tags intact to qualify for exchange/refund.
All returned item will be checked before exchange/refund is made.
Self collection orders: please collect within 30 days from ordering and any return, refund, exchange must be done within 10 working days.
Uncollected parcels will be donated to CANCA/SPCA after 45 days, no refund will be given for no collection.

Warrantee and Guarantee:
All human hair related products are pre tested for authenticity and guaranteed 100%. We could also test them in the store for you to see. You can also take it to a forensic lab for tests.
Life span of the hair extensions are depending on wear and care, fitting and shampoo/chemical used etc.
Glamorhair salon have in house stylist that will do chemical processing at a low cost to you, job guaranteed. All chemicals including PH changing shampoo will reduce the lifespan of human hair, such as dryness, breakage, frizz, just like your own hair does, Especially on blonde hair.
If you choose to dye, perm, bleach hair at home or elsewhere, glamorhair will not take any responsibility for these chemical jobs. we do not fix, treat,refund or replace any hair with these scenarios.
Please read the care instruction included for proper care and recommended shampoo. All other/ un-tested shampoo can dry out your human hair extensions especially blonde hair, regardless wether they are off the shelf or professional, they may not be suited for extensions.

All clips and accessories are guaranteed for 30 days, please bring it in for free repairs.
Electrical Warranty are carried out by supplier. In the slim event of an warranty issue, Customer will bring the electrical tool in, or post it back to be sent to supplier for testing or repairs, most likely will take less than 7 days. Electricals cannot be returned for refund when its out of packaging.
Buy to sell/ hawker /Salon/ middleman beware:
Buy to sell at your own risk. No return on items without original packaging. and No refund given for stuff out of packaging. Do not buy it unless you/your business can sell it. We do not support any drop ship type selling on our website.

Paid and in packing process orders: courier fee and handling fee will deducted in the event of the customer cancellation after payment reflected
Shipped order: buyer must return order in original condition within 15 days by courier or postage. courier fee and any custom order fee if applicable will be deducted from the total
